In addition to being home to Satanic and Masonic rituals, the Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens has a pet cemetery in the very back, overlooking the Tate Farm. The earliest grave I could find was from an animal named Prissy, who died in 1977.

Man, this brings back memories. My friends and I used to hang out in the cemetery and went back to see the pet cemetery in the middle of the night sometimes. We would walk or drive up Tates Lane as a dare, just to see what happened. Nothing did. I remember hearing all of the tales about the area though and I remember the eerie feeling the place always gave me.
We did the same as teens and we were chased by a mysterious pick up truck and men jumped out of the car to scare us off I’m assuming. It was terrifying. Haha
It was me or part of my family, the owners in the pickup!
